I just wanted to thank you for your help at MSR on Saturday.  First, you set my suspension up and my confidence level soared.  Later on, you charged my battery up so I could make the last session of the day.  You truly are a gentleman and a scholar.  I wish there were more like you in the motorcycling community.  I have already recommended you to several of my friends and to others on various forums.  I look forward to bumping into to you again in the future.

Just to update – I rode to your shop last week to have my SV1000 setup after some suspension upgrades.  You said the front was pretty close but the rear required a bit of adjustment.  Before your adjustments the rear felt less stable than my stock suspension had been through familiar corners.
Your adjustments made a world of difference.  Some friends & I trailered our bikes to the Leakey and rode around 800 miles Thursday thru Sunday (lots of time on 337 plus a run or two up 335 & 336 – just to say we did ‘em all).  The bike never skipped a beat; it has never felt so stable.

You asked me to send over a note telling you how it worked out. I have to tell you its like a new bike. I honestly did not expect such a difference. I’ll save you the description, since you know what a good riding bike is like already… but wow. That’s about all I can say. Before I thought that was as good as it got and I was plenty happy with that. Now I know how it was meant to be and that is a million times better than before.

I appreciate your time, and know that I got the best to work on my bike. I will for sure be doing business with you in the future. I am a true suspension believer now!

First off, I would like to say thank you so much for adjusting my motorcycle's suspension. I have been riding for some time and by no means consider myself an expert at understanding the mechanics of the bike. Being a small female (125lbs, 5’ 2”) I honestly didn’t think the adjustments would make a difference. Surprisingly, I want to let you know what a HUGE difference the adjustments you made feel in comparison to what it was before. I now have a smoother ride. I would totally recommend that every female rider get this done to have a better riding experience. I didn’t think I would even notice a difference but there were train tracks as I rode off and I noticed it wasn’t as bumpy going across.
I haven’t been able to test how the suspension feels on twisty roads at higher speeds. But, I sure remember how rides at higher speeds through corners caused the bike to steer wide. I haven’t figured out if it’s because of my lack of experience at taking turns at higher speed or if it was the suspension of the bike from the manufacturer. You mentioned bikes purchased off the lot are adjusted for the average male not petite females. I will certainly follow up and let you know. I welcome any advice or info.

My name is Jennifer and I was at the Ridesmart track day on Feb 11th. I just wanted to say thank you for working on my bike that day. You really put some time into it and you have helped me regain my confidence in my machine. I am more in love with it today than I have been since I bought it over 2 years ago. Thanks again and hopefully I'll see you at more of the track days in the future. It's amazing the difference it feels now when riding. I had no idea how it could feel, but now that it's better I can tell when riding. I wrecked back in 2006 and have had trouble getting my confidence in the bike back. This helped more than you know! Earlier this month you adjusted the Ohlins suspension on my BMW R1200R over at Lone Star. I wanted to tell you that I just completed a 2,500 mile trip from Austin to Pullman, WA. The suspension adjustments were spang on. I experienced every kind of road condition, and the suspension was a huge improvement over stock. One of the most enjoyable trips I have experienced.

I have been a repeat customer of OROR since 2003. Roger, Paul and crew have worked for me on anything from Monster carbeuration, DRZ400's electrics, R6 race bike suspension, SV 650 tuning, to full factory service intervals on both my Aprilia and Moto Guzzi. They can handle a wide range of brands. They listen, fix what you ask them to and call FIRST if other repairs are needed or recommended. Their specialty is making sure you're satisfied upon completion of the work. In addition, Roger's background as a electrical engineer puts him heads above most moto mechanics when it comes to rooting out tough wiring issues. He actually likes trouble shooting electrics! (He's a little freaky that way) It's a small shop that charges a fair price. OROR has a passion for motor bikes and are not afraid to improvise when necessary. OROR doesn't deal in "we can'ts". My last and most important observation. Suspension set up. Roger has become quite good at it. It's the best buck you'll spend on your bike and it might just save your arse. I'll be back. I've got a challenge for him soon. Let's see him get a Buell Ulysses set right, hah!

I rode 75 miles today on my newly improved suspension settings on my BMW R1100RT. Thanks so much for the work, the bike does as you said; it feels 40 lbs lighter and the ride is much more controlled.
